Our twin apartments come with two twin size beds, making the space perfect for sharing with a family member or friends. We offer two different twin apartments so reach out to the team to tour and discover which is right for you. Utilities, services and access to the gym are all included in your monthly rent so you can kick back and get to living in one of Boston’s best neighborhoods.
Living at The Bon gives you loads of choices and puts you close to all the shopping options, restaurants, nightlife, parks and landmarks that Fenway has to offer. You can also take public transportation to many of the city's other events, sports, recreation and landmark attractions.

You’ll also find a full XL or queen bed with fitted wardrobes and under bed storage. With a bright white quartz worktop, built-in fridge and freezer and a number of brand new Bosch stainless steel appliances including a microwave, the kitchen is ready for you to cook up a storm.
Each apartment comes with a private bathroom with a high-pressure rainfall shower, mirrored storage and designer bathroom suite.
Relaxing or watching a movie? With our high performance dimmable lighting you can also change the mood of your space.

Applying for your apartment is just like living here. Super easy. When you start the application process you’ll need to have a few things ready. You’ll need to submit your details for an affordability and credit check, we ask for a $250 holding fee to secure your apartment while we process your application. Once that’s done you just need to sign your lease and move in.
For a limited time only we are offering a one month free concession on bookings of at least 12 months. To be eligible for this offer you must have a confirmed booking with us and your lease must start between the 26th February to the 30th April 2024. T&Cs apply.
Our leases are as flexible as they are inclusive, meaning you can stay for as long as you like. If you are looking for a bespoke lease these are not bookable via the website, so please reach out to our team who will be able to help you.

The Bon is situated in Fenway, Boston, MA, Massachusetts, a vibrant neighborhood that overlooks Fenway Park, home of the Red Sox. Fenway is the beating heart of all things culture, history, entertainment and academia in Boston, boasting some of the city's best attractions, including great shopping, cafés, bars, and restaurants.
The Bon's location puts you in easy reach of the Green and Orange transit stops for a short trip downtown to areas like Copley Plaza and Boston Common. You are within easy reach of the best cultural spots in the city, from museums and galleries to amazing restaurants serving world cuisine, to theaters in the West End. The neighborhood of Back Bay, Beacon Hill, North End, South End, Jamaica Plain, Brighton, Huntington Ave and Allston are also within easy reach.
For students and professionals working in academia, The Bon is within walking distance of key schools, universities and colleges, including Northeastern University and Boston University, or over the Charles River into Cambridge to MIT and Harvard University.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any parking available at The Bon. However, there are several parking garages and sites in the surrounding area that can be leased for a monthly fee and are just a short walk from the building. Our team will be more than happy to share the details of these with you during the booking process.
Pretty much everything. Well, all the essentials: Wi-Fi internet, water, gas and electricity. You can also arrange for optional extras such as frequent apartment cleaning during the booking process. Your unit comes fully furnished and are purposefully designed spaces, with your own private bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (with a shower) as well as shared spaces such as a fitness studio, workspaces and a cinema room. On the practical side, you’ll get super fast Wi-Fi and 24/7 security. Our studios can make use of a large communal laundry room with larger washers in the basement.
We have a range of room sizes - from one bed flats, two bedroom apartments and three bedroom flats and cozy studios/condos. Each unit has its own private bathroom and kitchen area, the three bedrooms have two bathrooms. Our Boston apartments rental price does vary based on the above difference in styles and sizes, and availability, but we hope within our options, we can help find you your perfect new home.
