Join your neighbors and community feel at The Bon in our communal areas are shared with all residents. These include the fitness centre, yoga studio, workspaces, lounge area and chef style kitchen. Our apartments can be shared by more than one person, just add their information during the application process or let us know and we can add their details to the lease agreement. 

Absolutely, we are a pet-friendly building! We wouldn't want to part you and your pet. You are welcome to bring your pet with you. Whether you have dogs or cats, our pet-friendly policy allows a maximum number of 2 pets per apartment. Dog breed restrictions do apply, and there’s no pet fee. We do require dogs to be on a leash when in communal areas.

Pretty much everything. Well, all the essentials: Wi-Fi internet, water, gas and electricity. You can also arrange for optional extras such as frequent apartment cleaning during the booking process. We understand moving can be stressful, especially when you need to furnish an unfurnished apartment.

To make life easier, living at The Bon our apartments come fully furnished with all appliances included and are purposefully designed. For one monthly fee, you’ll also get everything you need to elevate your everyday life right there in the building. You’ll have your own private bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (with a shower) as well as shared spaces such as a large communal lounge, a fitness studio, co-working desks, pods and meeting rooms, plus a landscaped roof terrace covered in luscious greenery with views of Red Sox stadium and the city skyline.

The community is here for you to tap into when you're feeling social. On the practical side, you’ll get super fast Wi-Fi, 24/7 security, and a maintenance team on hand to fix any issues. Dependent on apartment availability, you can move-in as soon as the paperwork is complete. Once you have decided which apartment layout works for you, select your preferred move in date and you’ll see all the apartments that are available. Send us your application. References and credit check's can take approximately a week to complete. After all details have been verified, you can move in to the property.

If anything changes and you need to serve notice and move out - just let the team know and they can assist you with this.
