Brand new stainless steel Bosch appliances, including a microwave to make cooking more of a joy and cleaning less of a chore. The dining area, with a table and chairs, is perfectly suited for every occasion. And when you don’t fancy cooking, brilliant restaurants are incredibly close.

Applying for your apartment is just like living here. Super easy. Once you've found your home at the right price, you can then start the application process. You’ll need to have a few things ready. You’ll need to submit your details for an affordability and credit check, we ask for a $250 holding fee to secure your apartment while we process your application. Once that’s done, you just need to sign your lease and move in and enjoy your lifestyle at The Bon.
Our leases are as flexible as they are inclusive, meaning you can stay for as long as you like. If you are looking for a bespoke lease these are not bookable via the website, so please reach out to our team who will be able to help you.

The building is in close proximity to Northeastern University, Boston College and Boston University, or over the Charles River into Cambridge to MIT and Harvard University, amongst other schools and universities, which is perfect for students and professionals working in academia,
The Bon's location puts you in easy reach of the Green and Orange transit hubs, which help you get anywhere, and are perfect for a short trip from downtown Boston to areas like Copley Plaza and Boston Common. You are within easy reach of the best cultural landmark spots in the city, from museums and galleries to amazing restaurants serving world cuisine, to a range of convenience shops to the theater district hub in the West End. The neighborhood of Back Bay, Beacon Hill, North End, South End, Jamaica Plain, Brighton, Huntington Ave and Allston are also within easy reach, making your commute from bed to the office and famous landmarks that little bit easier.
Unfortunately, there is no parking on site in the building. We recommend getting in touch with concierge who can help to sort something out, and find plenty of local car parking solutions for our residents.
