For one monthly fee, you’ll also get everything you need to elevate your everyday life right there in the building. You’ll have your own private bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (with a shower) as well as shared spaces such as a large communal lounge, a fitness studio, co-working desks, pods and meeting rooms, plus a landscaped roof terrace covered in luscious greenery with views of Red Sox stadium and the city skyline. Let’s face it, they’re less fun to share. All Bon residents use our communal areas. These include the fitness centre, yoga studio, workspaces, lounge area, and chef-style kitchen. More than one person can share our apartments. Add their information during the application process, or notify us, and we can update the lease agreement with their details.
