The Altham is located opposite Blackhorse Road tube station on the Victoria Line. Providing you with super fast links across London and beyond. Blackhorse Road is a great location. It's a vibrant area known for it's creative spaces, breweries and independent businesses. You're also surrounded by green spaces like the Walthamstow Wetlands. The perfect setting to recharge your batteries.

Pretty much everything is included with your rental. Well, all the essentials: Wi-Fi internet, water, gas, and electricity. Beyond the inclusive bills with your rent, you’ll need to arrange your council tax, as the amount you pay depends on your circumstances. Just get in touch with the local Borough Council to let them know you’ve moved in. You can also arrange for optional extras such as apartment cleaning during the booking process. You’ll have your own furnished private bedroom, kitchen, living room and en-suite shower room, as well as shared spaces such as a fitness studio, landscaped terrace and co-working spaces.

On the practical side, you’ll get super fast Wi-Fi and 24/7 security. Plus remember, we are landlords, but we are not estate agents and we do not charge agency fees.

To get moving, there’s a state-of-the-art gym. To get things done, there’s a co-working space and meeting rooms. To relax, there’s a family-style kitchen, communal lounges and landscaped terrace. Get ready to cook up something good with Bosch appliances in your kitchen. Each apartment comes with an induction hob, combi microwave-oven, and full fridge with freezer compartment.

At The Altham, furnished means more than just the basics. Every studio comes ready to live in, with a double bed and pocket sprung mattress, double wardrobe, plenty of built-in storage, and a private bathroom with vanity unit.

Depending on your layout, you’ll also have a TV console unit and armchair, too.

In the kitchen, you’ll find a full-size fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, ample cupboards, and high-quality Bosch appliances throughout.

Once you have completed your property search, get in touch with us to chose your studio flat and confirmed your move in date. You will also need to submit details for an affordability and credit check. We’ll need a holding deposit to make sure no one else can snap up your apartment while we process your application. This can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days. Once your application is complete, you just need to sign your lease contract. As a tenant, your rent will be due monthly, and we advise setting up a direct debit for the duration of your contract.
