Pretty much everything. Well, all the essentials: Wi-Fi internet, water and electricity. You can also arrange for optional extras such as frequent apartment cleaning during the booking process.
For one monthly fee, you’ll also get everything you need to elevate your everyday life right there in the building. You’ll have your own private bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (with a shower) as well as shared spaces such as a large communal lounge, a fitness studio, co-working desks, pods and meeting rooms, plus a landscaped roof terrace or outdoor space.
Our front of house team are always on hand to help and provide a range of regular events. The community at Morro is available to you to tap into when you're feeling social.

Your studio is all set up and ready to move into — so there's nothing to build and nothing to figure out on moving day.
All your utilities and Wi-Fi are set up and included from day one. Our front of house team will be there to welcome you in, show you around and answer any questions. Whether you're moving from another city or arriving from overseas, we've made sure the whole process is as straightforward as possible.
You will need to bring with you the usual bits like a duvet, bed sheets and kitchen utensils - but the big stuff like the bed, storage and kitchen appliances are all fitted and ready for you to move in.

As a tenant we understand you want your own private space, that's why all our apartments are private, with your own bathroom and kitchen. Let’s face it, they’re less fun to share.
Our communal areas are shared with all Morro residents. These include the state-of-the-art-gym, yoga studio, workspaces, lounge area and chef style kitchen.
People from a range of ages and backgrounds live at Morro. A large proportion of our residents are professionals working across London. We also have a small postgraduate community who live with us.
Absolutely. The all-inclusive setup means you don't have to deal with setting up accounts with unfamiliar utility providers or contracts in a new country. Your home is ready the moment you arrive.
Our front of house team is on hand around the clock, and our regular community events make it easy to meet people from day one. Moving to London for the first time is a big step — we try to make the living part the easiest bit.
Our team is here to make your time living at Morro hassle-free. From parcel collection, to quick maintenance support and cleaning services.
Our concierge team will regularly host events. From Sip & Paint Nights to Wine Down Wednesdays and PT Hiit classes. Regular events are there for you to meet other residents and enjoy the communal spaces together in a relaxed setting.
Our contracts are rolling by design. You can stay from as little as two months, which makes Morro a practical option whether you're here for a full academic year, a single semester or on a postgraduate placement.
