Yes, you will be able to choose the exact apartment you would like to book. Apartments will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is a particular apartment you would like to reserve, you will need to pay a holding fee to take this off the market.
Our studio apartments come in a range of sizes - standard, medium and large. There is a range of layouts to choose from, and all are kitted out with a private kitchen and bathroom. Furniture provision varies per apartment.

Pretty much everything. Well, all the essential utilities: 250mb Wi-Fi, water, heating, and electricity. Beyond the bills that are included in your rent, you’ll need to arrange your council tax, as the amount you pay depends on your circumstances.
As well as your purposefully designed, comfortable apartment, for one monthly fee you’ll also get everything you need to elevate your everyday life right there in the building. You’ll have your own private bedroom (bed with a pocket-sprung mattress), kitchen with built-in appliances (inc dishwasher), personal washer/dryer, and shower room. All our studios come with hardwood floors and blinds.
Please note furniture provision varies per apartment. You’ll also have access to shared spaces such as our reception, shared lounge areas, fitness studio, and co-working spaces.
The shared spaces are across three floors. To get moving there’s a state-of-the-art gym on floor 13. To get things done, there are places for co-working, meeting rooms and breakout zones. To relax, there’s a family-style kitchen, dining area, shared lounge, and rooftop terrace on the 13th floor with incredible views of London. If you want to enjoy the communal spaces with friends, guests are welcome.
Each apartment comes with an ensuite bathroom including a rainfall shower, fitted cabinet, a kitchen with built-in appliances (inc dishwasher and personal washer/dryer), and a double bed with a pocket-sprung mattress as standard.

Absolutely! You can bring your pet with you. We accept cats & dogs. Dogs must be kept on a lead in our communal areas, and cats must remain in your apartment.
Our pet-friendly policy is a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Dog breed restrictions do apply. For full T&Cs just chat to our team.
Only if you want to! All our flats are private, with your own bathroom and kitchen. Let’s face it, they’re less fun to share. Our communal areas are shared by all residents. These include the gym, co-working spaces, lounge areas and shared kitchen. Our apartments can be shared by more than one person. Just add their information during the application process or let us know, and we can add their details to the contract.
No, there is no parking available at The Alba.
The Alba is only a short walk from Canada Water station, connecting you to central London, Canary Wharf and Bermondsey via the Jubilee and Overground lines in minutes.
Buses also run frequently through the area, with local residents enjoying cycling and walking as part of their commute.
London Bridge train station is within a 15-minute journey of your front door. From there you can explore the rest of the United Kingdom, and Europe via St Pancras International train station.

The price you see is the price you pay as a tenant with no hidden fees, and all our studios come furnished to an exceptional standard. We have 24/7 security and, unlike other landlords, we won't put our apartments up for sale.

Once you find a studio that fits your needs, you can book a viewing on our website. Our team will guide you through the entire process and answer any questions you have. When you're ready, you'll need to pay a deposit to secure the apartment and take it off the market. The booking process is usually completed within a week so you can move in and enjoy your new home.

We've made our contracts as flexible as possible, to give you more freedom in choosing how to live. Our contracts are rolling tenancies which means that you can stay as long as you like and when you are ready to leave all you need to do is give us two months’ notice.
