Absolutely! You can bring your pet with you. We accept cats & dogs. Dogs must be kept on a lead in our communal areas, and cats must remain in your apartment.

Our pet-friendly policy is a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Dog breed restrictions do apply. For full T&Cs just chat to our team.

Only if you want to! All our flats are private, with your own bathroom and kitchen. Let’s face it, they’re less fun to share. Our communal areas are shared by all residents. These include the fitness centre, workspaces, lounge area and shared kitchen. Our apartments can be shared by more than one person. Just add their information during the application process or let us know, and we can add their details to the contract.

No, there is no parking available at our London Morro buildings.

We design, build and manage all of our properties ourselves, so we know everything about them inside and out. The price you see is the price you pay as a tenant with no hidden fees and all of our units come furnished to an exceptional standard. We have 24/7 security and, unlike other landlords, we won't put our housing up for sale.

Dependent on apartment availability, you can move-in as soon as the paperwork is complete. Once you have decided which apartment layout works for you get in touch with the team. References and credit checks can take approximately a week to complete. After all the details have been verified, you can move into the property.

We're not like your usual landlord or estate agent. Unlike an average private rental or lease, we aim to make the booking process smooth and clearly communicate with you throughout.

You can browse our available units on our website or check our Instagram for a closer look at the in house experience. Once you find an apartment that fits your results, you can book a viewing directly. Our team provides expert advice throughout the process. When you're ready, you'll provide a deposit to secure your new home. Our renters typically complete the reservation process within a week.

We've made our contracts as flexible as possible, to give you more freedom in choosing how to live. Our contracts are rolling tenancies which means that you can stay as long as you like and when you are ready to leave all you need to do is give us 2 month’s notice.
