Pretty much everything. Well, all the essentials: Wi-Fi internet, water, gas, heat and electricity. You can also arrange for optional extras such as frequent apartment cleaning during the booking process. We understand moving can be stressful, especially when you need to furnish an unfurnished apartment. To make life easier, living at The Bon our apartments come fully furnished with all appliances included and are purposefully designed. For one monthly fee, you’ll also get everything you need to elevate your everyday life right there in the building. You’ll have your own private bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. As well as shared spaces such as a large communal lounge, a fitness studio, co-working desks, pods and meeting rooms, plus a landscaped roof terrace covered in luscious greenery with views of Red Sox stadium and the city skyline. On the practical side, you’ll get superfast Wi-Fi, 24/7 security, and a maintenance team on hand to fix any issues or make repairs to keep your home in great condition. To really make your space your own, you’ll also get other special extras, including a welcome pack to get you started. Really, the only thing missing is you. Our apartments come with luxurious touches, including hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops, modern furnishings, ample storage including large closets high-end lighting and appliances.

Talking through our appliances in a little more detail. Each apartment comes with stainless steel appliances including an induction stove top, combi microwave, oven, dishwasher, built-in refrigerator/ freezer. Some of our larger apartments have an in-unit washer. Each apartment has a luxurious bathroom with a power shower. None of our apartments have a bath. All bedrooms come with a bed frame with pocket sprung mattresses. Yearning for some outdoor space as part of your next rental? If you're looking for a home that is in keeping with your lifestyle look no further than The Bon. To help you feel your best, there’s a state-of-the-art fitness center and a yoga studio with infrared pods. To help you smash that deadline, our workspaces have hot desks, phone booths, printing facilities and meeting rooms. Most importantly, to help you relax, there’s communal lounge areas with air conditioning throughout, landscaped gardens, spacious rooftop terrace. We also have private dining rooms for hire if you want to host (impress) your friends. Slightly less exciting but no less important, there are fast elevators to get you around the building quickly and also a large laundry room with washer and dryer facilities.

Our leases are as flexible as they are inclusive, meaning you can stay for as long as you like. If you are looking for a bespoke lease these are not bookable via the website, so please reach out and message our team who will be able to help you.

Only if you want to! As a tenant, we understand you want your own private space. That's why all our apartments are private, with your own bathroom and kitchen. Our communal areas are shared with all Bon residents. These include the fitness centre, yoga studio, workspaces, lounge area and chef-style kitchen. Our apartments can be shared by more than one person. Just add your roommates information during the application process or let us know and we can add their details to the lease agreement.

Our new twin apartments are designed to be shared with a family member or a close friend.

Absolutely, we are a pet-friendly building! You can bring your pet with you. The Bon has pet-friendly apartments in Boston. Whether you have dogs or cats, our pet-friendly policy is a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Dog breed restrictions do apply. We do require dogs to be on a leash when in communal areas. Other animals are welcome to live at The Bon - please reach out to our team for full T&Cs & our pet policy.

There's no broker fee to pay and no middleman to navigate. You can search our available studios and 1 or 2 bedroom apartments directly on our website. You can also book a tour, and start your application straight away. Our leasing team will guide you through the contract process from start to finish — clearly, quickly, and without the usual back and forth.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any parking available at The Bon. However, there are several parking garages in the surrounding area that can be leased for a monthly fee and are just a short walk from the building. Our team will be more than happy to share the details of these with you during the booking process.

We offer four apartment types to suit different people and different ways of living. Our studios are ideal for one person looking for a thoughtfully designed private space.

One bedroom apartments offer a little more room and work well for individuals or couples.

Two bedroom apartments are our largest option, perfect for two people who want to share without compromising on comfort — each with their own beds and access to a shared bathroom and living area.

Our twin apartments are designed for two people such as friends or family members who want to live together at a more accessible price point.

All apartment types are fully furnished, all-inclusive and come with access to the full range of amenities within the building.

Dependent on apartment availability, you can move-in as soon as the paperwork is complete. Once you have decided which apartment layout works for you, select your preferred move in date and you’ll see all the apartments that are available. Send us your application. References and credit check's can take approximately a week to complete. After all details have been verified, you can move in to the property.

We're not like your usual landlords or real estate agents. We aim to make the booking process smooth, and clearly communicate with you throughout. Walk-in tours are also welcome, and the paperwork can be finalized in person.

Our pricing is straightforward. Studios start from $3,200 per month, one bedroom apartments from $4,236, two bedroom apartments from $5,224, and twin apartments from $2,300.

All pricing is all-inclusive — your bills, Wi-Fi, gym access, co-working spaces and communal amenities are all covered. There are no broker fees and no agent commissions. A security deposit is required (from $99), which is significantly lower than the typical equivalent of one month's rent you'd find at most Boston properties.
