Our biggest studio flats have even more space for you to call home. We know that pets are family so a number of our large flats are pet friendly too. A limited number of these are also on the top floor which means you’ll get a generous private balcony or terrace, perfect for those spring and summer days.
As with all of our other apartments, all bills, amenities and appliances are included in the rent. Beyond your private studio flat, you'll also get access to communal areas.
The Guild's location means it's just a short walk to Guildford town centre, where you'll find Guildford high street, with plenty of restaurants. Guildford train station is also within walking distance so you can be in London in just 40 minutes.
